La ricerca del bello nelle piccole cose, renderà vivibile e sostenibile il futuro.

Spesso non è la mancanza di vision che blocca i nostri passi, ma la percezione di essere da soli a percorrere quel viaggio.

Nessuno è solo nella ricerca del benessere...tutti possiamo contribuire a raggiungerlo condividendo gli strumenti che le nostre vite ci mettono in tasca.

La formula è semplice...passione...meraviglia...impegno...e gioco.

My first letter since...

Hi my friend, how are you?
Has been quite long time since last time we met.

Please allow me to recap the last few things that have happened to me lately.

Since we met last time in 2007, I decided to move to UK (London) in order to be able to gain this unbelievable skill called English language, with which I will be able to share my thoughts and ideas with a broader community, and consequently, to learn from a broader audience.

After a rough start (I kept confusing "what's your name?" with "How old are you?") I finally had the opportunity to start communicating with people properly thanks also to a great book called "The Stories of English" by David Crystal.

I am happy I had the opportunity to feel the distress of not knowing the language, as I had to use all my "empathetic" skills to get on with people and owners of the places I have been working too (thanks guys for the opportunities).

After the first event "FrontOfHouse on the Walls" sponsored by the Queen's Theatre owned by Sir Cameron Mackintosh, I had a clear vision of what I would have had to do with my future projects.

As you already know I write fairy tales and I have always been using my creativity to develop what today is called "content marketing"; like the magazine and the comic I created as a marketing tool for that italian circus.

But only in London I had the opportunity to step up and add the concept of empathy to this "journey".

Let me explain to you this...I started working on personal growth since our first readings in Rome about Anthony Robbins when we would spend hours talking about the way creativity would have been essential for any business. Then few yars later I found out (in UK) about Daniel Goleman and its "Emotional Intelligence" book (no one used to talk about NLP in Italy at that time) and things started to get more clear in my mind.

Finally I had the opportunity to read and books like "The Creative Economy", "Empathetic Marketing", "The Business of Creativity" and authors like Malcolm Gladwell, Gaston Dorren and soo many others.

Even just the beauty of the meet ups in London where people can share ideas and start projects from scratch is empowering...and probably right after an evening spent with some producers of a short movie called "Waves" I had the first glimpse of what it would have become my first real "empathetic project" few years later.

Now that "Blue2Light" is the project that connects all my fairy tales is reality...I decide to move back to Italy for a year and start my biggest project..."Empathetic Business" a workshop aiming to develop tools of emotional intelligence and empathy on the workplace in order to create a healthier social life within the business and towards its market...as human wellbeing is a secure way to improve profit and innovation.

With this second project I hope to be able to share my years of creating strategies and idea for businesses and artists in Italy and UK alike...and finally being able to plant my little seed of emotional intelligence and empathy in the society able to end the "social mafia" state of mind we live on, in a near future.

Sorry if I kept you reading for so long my dearest friend...but now you know a bit more of what I am doing atm and we can start talking about empathy, business and emotional intelligence and innovation like we used to.
